Shipping & Delivery Policy :

1. Shipping Methods

  • Online Options:  the delivery time for online is 24hr. (For PDF Documents / PDF Books /Performances/ Show/ Workshop Tickets )

  • Carrier Options: We use third party carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, Indian Speed post etc for our deliveries.

  • Shipping Speed: Time frames for delivery  7-10 business days, expedited shipping options.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: we don't offers free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

  • Flat Rate or Variable Pricing: shipping costs are fixed or calculated based on order size, weight, or destination.

3. International Shipping

  • We do not Offer international Shipping.

4. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: The time it takes for an order to be processed and shipped after being placed (e.g., 7-10 business days).

  • Business Days: Clarification of business days (usually Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

5. Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: The average time it takes for an order to arrive based on the shipping method selected.

  • Tracking Information: Tracking numbers will be provided, and customers can check the status of their delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Correct Address: Providing the correct shipping address is most and what happens if there is an error then the order will be cancelled or returned.

8. Order Modifications

  • Change of Shipping Address: No changing the shipping address after an order is placed.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can not be canceled after submission and the process for doing so.
